All Orders Ship To Arrive Within 3 Days (Destinations Closer to Florida or Utah May Arrive in Less Than 3 Days From Ship Date).  Shipments estimated to arrive in 3 days will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (except holidays).

Orders placed on or before...

Monday (before 11 a.m. EST) will be delivered by Thursday

Tuesday (before 11 a.m. EST) will be delivered by Friday

Orders shipped to Florida or Utah will normally arrive the next business day.

All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR.  We highly recommend someone be there before midnight on the arrival date to PROMPTLY PLACE PRODUCTS IN THE FREEZER.  Please monitor your shipment using the emailed UPS tracking number.  If your product does not arrive on the expected date and/or is not completely frozen (free flowing/shakable) please call.  Note that the dry ice may be completely gone - this is normal.

*DO NOT IMMEDIATELY EAT PRODUCTS FROM THE DRY ICE SHIPPING COOLER AS THEY ARE VERY COLD!  First Allow Cup to Thaw for 20 Minutes OR Place in Freezer for 6-8 Hours

Take Product out of Styrofoam cooler, place product in freezer, leave dry ice in container to sublimate, later dispose of plastic bag.
